* Lift gate service is a hydraulic lift at the back of the truck to help customer unload items. Not every truck has that lift, so it has to be arranged ahead with a fee of $50.
** Please inspect the package thoroughly before signing for the delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear and tear but please carefully inspect the product for any potential damage that may have occurred in transit. If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), please make note of the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing for the product. Once signed for, we nor the trucking company is liable for any damages unless damage was noted on the delivery receipt. Damage claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and photos are required.
